A live-in is a firefighter who resides at one of our fire stations. We have three Live-In residing in our stations. These individuals have full time jobs at other local fire departments and then generously contribute their time and skills to assist BLFD by responding to fire calls within our district. This arrangement allows us to enhance our emergency response capabilities and provide a higher level of service to our community.
