NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING ISSUANCE OF PROPOSED FINANCING CONTRACT BY
BEAVER LAKE FIRE DEPARTMENT

Pursuant to the requirements of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) and Section
147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be
held by the Board of Directors of the Beaver Lake Fire Department, a nonprofit fire department organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Arkansas.

The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the adoption of a resolution authorizing the execution and
issuance by the Beaver Lake Fire Department of its Financing Contract (the “Agreement”) in a total principal
amount not to exceed $275,000, for the purpose of acquiring a new command unit and related equipment for
use in providing fire protection and emergency services.

Any interested persons may appear before representatives of the Department on October 14, 2025 at 6:00
PM at the Beaver Lake Fire Training Center, 16035 Cypress Lane, Rogers, AR 72756, and be heard for or
against the proposed issuance of the Agreement. At such hearing, all objections and suggestions will be
heard and considered, and the Board will take such action as it deems appropriate.
